If you choose us to provide your hearing aid services  there are a number of things you can count on. The following list tries to convey the quality of services we provide for our customers.

The Audiologists associated with Hearing and Communication Technology have practiced locally for years and are proud of the reputations as quality service providers they have developed.

All hearing aid services we provide will be performed by an American Speech/Language Hearing Association (ASHA) certified Audiologist with at least 15 plus years of experience fitting hearing aids. 

We specialize in providing the newest technology available in hearing aids. We continuosly receive training on fitting the new digital hearing aids as they are developed.

The Audiologist that fits your hearing aid will be a licensed hearing aid dealer/fitter and will follow all applicable Federal and State regulations. All hearing aids will be fit on a 30 day trial basis. We are currently fitting hearing aids in Idaho and Oregon.

We can help reduce the financial burden associated with hearing aids. With low overhead and no advertising costs, we can afford to sell hearing aids for much less than anyone else in our area does. We are currently selling high end digital hearing aids for at least $500.00 a piece less than other Audiologists in the Boise, Idaho area.

We can provide almost any brand/type of hearing aid, but prefer to work with the major name brands such as Resound, Siemens, Phonak and others.

We will provide the warranty and after warranty service on all hearing aids that we sell. Most hearing aids come standard with a one to two year warranty. Warranty and after warranty service on the major brand name hearing aids we prefer to sell can be obtained in most parts of the world. 

We have state of the art hearing test and hearing aid fitting equipment which is all portable. All hearing aids will be fit with real ear measurment which provides a reliable means of adjusting a hearing aid to provide the most appropriate amplification for each individuals specific hearing loss.

Last, but not least, we would like to make the hearing aid fitting process as much fun as possible for everyone.
