Our Sales Territory:

We currently only sell products within the United States and Territories of the United States, with the exception that many, but not all of our products can be shipped to Canada. Additional shipping charges will most likely apply to products shipped to destinations outside of the Continental United States.

Payment Options:

We accept purchase orders from School Districts, State and Federal Agencies, and in some cases Businesses. Fax, email, or mail the purchase order to us and we will get the order started ASAP.

Prepayment is required to start an order by private individuals. We offer a free online payment system by PayPal that allows you to easily make a secure payment with your debit card, or from your paypal account if you have one. We simply email you a link to the online PayPal portal where you can pay the invoice online via PayPal's secure payment portal. This online payment system is fast, simple, secure, and free to the customer.

We can also accept payments from Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover credit cards, but in order to sell products at such a low profit margin, we must pass on the credit card processing fees to the customer, so it will cost you an additional 2.9% of the purchase price of the item to pay by credit card. If you want to pay by credit card contact us, and we will send you a link to a secure online PayPal payment portal where you can pay the invoice with a credit card.

We can accept money orders and personal checks; however, the order cannot be shipped until the check has cleared.

We are a True Blue of Idaho and Blue Cross of Idaho Provider.

We are a Provider for the Federal Employees Insurance Program.

We qualify as a Provider of hearing aids for many Insurance Plans.

We are not currently accepting new Medicaid Patients.

We often set up payment plans for local customers on hearing aids and personal FM system purchases. Please contact us for further information.

Quantity Discounts:

We can provide quantity discounts on some of our products. Many manufacturers offer discounts on their products when you order more than the amount they specify to obtain the discount. Give us a call, or email and we will see how much of a quantity discount we can get and give you a price quote.

The following shipping charges are for regular ground shipping services within the Continental United States. Call us if fast delivery is required and we will arrange to have your order expedited. There will be additional shipping charges for expedited orders. (Call, or email for shipping quotes to Alaska, Hawaii and Canada)

For orders of $00.01 to $20.00 add $6.00 for Shipping

For orders of $20.01 to $50.00 add $7.00 for Shipping

For orders of $50.01 to $100.00 add $9.00 for Shipping

For orders of $100.01 to $500.00 add $12.00 for Shipping

Sales Tax:
