We accept purchase orders from School Districts, State and Federal Agencies, and in some cases Businesses. Fax, email, or mail the purchase order to us and we will get the order started ASAP.
Prepayment is required to start an order by private individuals. We offer a free online payment system by Intuit Payment Network (IPN) that allows you to easily make a secure payment directly from your checking account. We simply email you an invoice for the product you wish to purchase and you click on a link on the invoice that will connect you to the IPN payment web page. This online payment system is fast, simple, secure, and free to the customer.
We can accept online payments from Visa and Mastercard credit cards; however, an additional 3.25% credit card processing fee will be added to the cost of the items you are purchasing. If you want to pay by credit card contact us, and we will email you an invoice that has a link to the IPN credit card payment web page. The online credit card payment system by Intuit Payment Network (IPN) is fast, simple, and secure.
We can accept money orders and personal checks; however, the order cannot be shipped until the check has cleared.
We are a True Blue of Idaho and Blue Cross of Idaho Provider.
We are a Provider for the Federal Employees Insurance Program.
We qualify as a Provider of hearing aids for many Insurance Plans.
We are not a Medicaid Provider.
We often set up payment plans for local customers on hearing aids and personal FM system purchases. Please contact us for further information.
Quantity Discounts:
We can provide quantity discounts on many of our products. Many manufacturers offer discounts on their products when you order more than the amount they specify to obtain the discount. Give us a call, or email and we will see how much of a quantity discount we can get and give you a price quote.

We are currently only prepared to sell products within the United States and Territories of the United States. Some, but not all of our products can be shipped to Canada. Additional shipping charges will most likely apply to products shipped to destinations outside of the Continental United States.

The following shipping charges are for regular ground shipping services within the Continental United States. Call us if fast delivery is required and we will arrange to have your order expedited. For orders of $00.01 to $20.00 add $6.00 for Shipping
For orders of $20.01 to $50.00 add $7.00 for Shipping
For orders of $50.01 to $100.00 add $9.00 for Shipping
For orders of $100.01 to $500.00 add $12.00 for Shipping
